It’s ok to start salivating…
When you think of Chinese food, you don’t think of culinary prowess. You might think greasy stir fry, small shrimp, and the typical reaction you get to Chinese food (not meant for dinner table talk). Well, here’s something that may be a bit of an upgrade for your taste buds and your digestion. Introducing No Name Chinese.
South Miami’s newest spot for dumplings is a perfect place for a date, business lunch, or just a quick get away for a good eat. It just opened this past May 2017. The restaurant features a wok station with 10 seats for an eye-witnessing experience comparable to other places that tout a moniker.
Here’s what to expect inside: “Start with a nice glass of wine at the sommelier’s suggestion. Discuss tannins and mouth feels and how all the white tile, touches of brick and navy walls remind you of anything but a typical Chinese restaurant setting.” –UrbanDaddy Miami
Oh, about the food, should you decide to go there on a date, beware of what you order. Some items like the Angry Dumpling are best reserved for a fourth date…if you get that far. (We’re rooting for you!).
So, put No Name Chinese on your calendar and pop in for a good eat. Tell them MU40 sent you.
